I've been having trouble importing contacts into Dynamics CRM 2013. I inputted my Accounts without any trouble, but now that I'm trying to match the contacts I keep getting an error that says A duplicate lookup reference was found - - under the company name. I've seen other posts saying that it's probably trying to connect the contacts to "inactive accounts" - but I've looked under the inactive accounts and there are none there. We only have active accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
