Sending Bulk Email to 10,000 customers, where customers are stored in MS Excel s/s

I have a MS Excel s/s having 10,000 contacts email addresses for marketing purpose.

I want to send bulk email to all of them.

To send email do I have import them all in Dynamics CRM 2011 as Contact or I can read the Excel s/s while sending email.

Please advice.
