I have had dynamics CRM integrated with Outlook for a few months now and have had a really good experience with it so far.
A few of my users get the following error message from time to time
I believe this is not a CRM problem and that it is more of an Outlook problem.
I have had this error myself and have just selected No, restarted Microsoft outlook and it ran smoothly.
Does anyone know what might be causing this problem and know how to fix it? :)
