advanced find - including and excluding at the same time based on past revenue for accounts

I have accounts that have revenue records associated with them. Each revenue record is an invoice and has all the basic invoice information. We use accounting date to reflect when the revenue was recorded. I'm trying to create a view that shows accounts with revenue only in 2013, but not in the past. I can filter on accounting date "this year" but need to also exlude any accounts that also have revenue records with an accounting date at any point earlier than this year. In other words, any account with revenue records associated that have an accounting date of 2013 are new business. I can't seem to include and exclude to get the needed results???
