I've searched through some previous questions, but haven't found a definitive answer to this query. Here's an example of my problem:
1. My first field is named "what type?" and the drop-down list shows "ford, bmw, peugeot..."
2. My second field named "what model?" has a "dumb list", it does not show me a custom list dependent on what I put into the first "what type?" field.
So, the question is: can you create a list that if the first "what type?" field has entered "ford" the second one shows me "fiesta, focus" for example.
Can this be created simply through the CRM customizations panel, e.g. dependencies, rules, relationships?
