I have an instance of CRM 2011 has administrative rights. He is trying to create new users within it and when he clicks on the Manage Roles or Security Roles it will freeze up on him. He is using IE 10 to access the system and we are up to update 10 on the backend. I have looked at his account and it is identical to the admin's. The only thing different with his account is that he was converted from CRM 4 to 2011. I don't think this caused the issue because we have been on 2011 for a while now and this issue just started happening. Any help resolving this would be appreciated.
