Appointment are not syncing in outlook

We have configured Dynamics 365 app for outlook for users.When users creating an Appointment in web application the appointment status changing  to scheduled and they are syncing up in the outlook. But when the user create an appointment from D365 app in iPad the appointments are creating in Crm but the record status remains in open and they are not syncing up in the outlook.

Please suggest me on this.
