Security Role for Setting -> Business Management -> Subject

Hi

Could you please assist with following issue: I need to give access to new custom security role to add 'Subjects' in Business Management. I gave access to create/read/write/delete <Subjects> rights but tab Business Management is not accessible. Is there any way I can make this Setting ->Business Management available for a custom security role other than Administrator ?
