We are currently trialing the Dynamics Outlook app.
I'm familiar now with tracking emails against records (for example accounts). In addition I can create other activity types and complete the crm form from Outlook.
We have a requirement to categorise emails, for example:
An email may be regarding invoicing, membership or a contact change.
I'd like to hit track from Outlook, tracking the email against a company, and from a drop down, be able to select whether the email falls under "invoicing, membership or contact".
Is this possible? I am using Dynamics 365.
I appreciate any responses.
