I have recently implemented ms crm 2016 sp1 onpremise with adfs and ifd enabled , but when try to access crm using mobile app for windows, i get following issues with different versions of d365 app:-
1. Microsoft Dynamics 365
Not able to login , getting error "we can't connect to the service you need right now.check your network connection or try this later"
Error log on ADFS
Event ID 184:-
A token request was received for a relying party identified by the key 'crmuatfrontend.etimad.local/.../Discovery.svc', but the request could not be fulfilled because the key does not identify any known relying party trust.
Key: crmuatfrontend.etimad.local/.../Discovery.svc
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for windows 8.1
Getting error on opening an entity form as below:-
"There was an error with this field's customized event
Field:window
Event:Command
Error:$ is undefined"
I have some custom buttons in ribbon which have jquery code, but i cannot remove that.
Another issue with 8.1 app is that, I dont get signout or metadata refresh option.
Please help me !!!
