Hi i am looking at updating the subject tree in cases but we need to remove and change these,
So i thought that i could add new items in to the subject tree and then export to excel the old resolved case's change the subject to the new item then re-import but it seem that you can not do this without re-opening the cases which i do not want to do.
Is there another process to do this?
