SharePoint Integrated Report Server for CRM Reports

Hello

We have CRM 2011 with the Native Report Server installed for running CRM reports on one server.  However, we'd like to Activate and use the Report Server features of SharePoint 2010 with a library of specific RDL files from CRM in a BI Site.

Since CRM 2011 doesn't support using a Report Server in SharePoint Integrated mode, I am wondering if the correct installation for the SharePoint Integrated Report Server is to install it on the (or has to be) SharePoint Server.  I tested this in a DEV environment, and it works fine, but just wanted to confirm.  Also, should I only install the Report Server (SharePoint Integrated mode) on the SharePoint box, or is it OK to do a full SQL Server installation (Database server probably won't be used, but maybe Analysis Services and Integration Services)?   Can the SharePoint Integrated mode exist alongside the Native mode install (two instances on the same box)?  Will that break CRM reporting?

Thanks in advance,
Mark
