Based on the release info from Microsoft, Rollup 15 includes one of the following fixes: "WebFormsHost process does not allow to open forms once recycling of processes is complete in Terminal Service scenario". It looks like a bug has been introduced with rollup 15. When you run outlook client in terminal services with rollup 15, its all good on for the user profile of the user who installed the rollup but for every other user there a major resource issues with the rollup. WebFormsHost has over 200 instances in task manager and the RAM is at 100% usage... thanks Microsoft... uninstalled the rollup and it went back to normal...
