I have created a workflow so that an appointment is created whenever a certain type of record is created. It works, but these appointments are not showing up on the regular calendar or the service calendar. I have set it to an all day appointment, with the start and end dates as a certain date in the record. In the workflow page, it only allows me to put the time as "Free" or "Tentative", rather than "Busy", etc. Does this have something to do with it?
