Dear Microsoft Experts,
My name is Mart and I am interesting in learning the MS Dynamics CRM system. We run a DEMO in our company and I was completely hooked to this system. It was more effective and efficient to use, compared to our old way of CRM. But due to several reasons, the implementation is postponed/cancelled[?].
So I decided that I want develop myself in MS Dynamics, in my own time and be prepared in case it will ever happen. Unfortunately, I have no real system to work in anymore. I started to search for articles/online training and listen to suggestions from other users of what I can do. I do not want to be a developer as programming is not something I am good at. I would like to develop my skills more on the application part of the system [SuperUser]. Explain the benefits and the use as I have good experience with our business/sales processes.
But where should I start? I have seen so many videos and books that I am bit overwhelmed [https://mva.microsoft.com]. Is there a structured/learning path to follow so I proceed with training myself in Dynamics CRM? I have been informed that a basic knowledge of SQL [ a little bit of programming] would be a good start so I joined Codecademy last week.
So any suggestion and/or tips are welcome so I can shed some light on my path to happiness.
