CRM 2011 not working with Outlook Client

We are trying to setup the CRM Outlook client and when trying to test the connection, we get the following error: 

"There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server."

The details say "The caller was not authenticated by the service."

We are using CRM 2001 On-premise, Outlook 2013 x64 and Outlook 2010 32 bit, and our e-mail system is using Office 365.  The CRM site does work in IE just fine.

This was previously working and then we moved the servers into an Azure environment over the weekend and have to reconfigure outlook when going to Office 365.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as the troubleshooting wizard does not give any.
