we have tried to solve the problem ourselves. But we are using Dynamics CRM online so we are not able to get direct server access.
All posts I have found in the community/support advice we would need direct access to the CRM database and server, in order to execute the recommended command. It is not possible to get direct access because we have the Online version.
So please - what can we do if we have no access!? How do I reduce the number of records. Or is there a way to minimise the number of records in my dashboards by customising a dashboard?
