Create ASP.NET MVC WEB API For Retrieve data from Dynamic CRM

Hi,

I don't know how to create WEB API in mvc to consume data from Dynamic CRM.  I want to create the API and then send that API to other team (Like mobile/ Python) and they only need to hit the URL and they get the Data.
