Change default Header/Title of custom form

I know how to add/remove fields to the header (any way to hide the field label in the header without removing it from the rest of the form?). I am wondering if it is possible to change which field the form uses as the default Title. By default it appears to use the initial field that is created when the entity is created e.g. CustomEntity--> CustomEntityName
