Practical experience: basic license and opportunity?

Hi guys,

A read a lot of topics in community and other resourses, but the answer is ambiguous, so:

Can users with Basic license crm online 2015 use opportunity entity, go and change states of BPF(not edit as admin), change values of fields there, use workflows, auto tasks (created by admin)?

The best answer is practical test if you have organization with assigned basic licenses to users - you are welcome to share you experience.

I collected to main points:

1. Opportunities are for read only for users with Basic licence, they can see but nothing can't be changed. If so - sales managers can't work with basic type of license
2. Limitations is managed only by security roles and this opportunity limitation is license agreement.
