Map text to lookup using Dynamics Connector

 Good Day,

Any idea how can I map text field in NAV to a lookup field in CRM 2015 using the Dynamics connector v 3.4 ? For example if I have a field of value "candles" in NAV ,I want to map it in to CRM to a lookup records having  name="candles".

This is easily done if I was using a picklist but it is not working with lookups. Any idea how to do this directly or I should write some code?
