We are currently having Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 with two organizations(one is for DEV and other for UAT). Yesterday I applied SP1 UR3 rollup on crm server. After that we are getting javaScript errors "Syntax error" and some of the out-of-the box buttons are not visible. Our javascript is not working.
Prior to aplying rollup we took back up of all 3 databases DEV Database, UAT database, and MSCRM_CONFIG database.
So we decided to rollback all the updates. We restored all three databases and went install updates and tried to remove the Rollup 3 for Service Pack 1. It says there is not Rollup 3 Service pack1 existing. May beiIt is because we restored the database.
Here is our story with Rollup. Sad part is still we are getting same issues even after restore databases. Are we missing any thing to delete traces of SP1 UR3. It's urgent. Tomorrow we have to show Demo in UAT. Can some one please help, how to fix this issue.
