I am looking for a way to use Service + Category to give me the default scheduling times for service activities. Currently using services only leaves me a long list of services that confuses people. By breaking it up into service / category it is a lot more manageable. The issue doing this I cannot find a way to correctly use the time when scheduling. I tried using a workflow to look at service / category then update the Scheduled End Date. This worked great until I tried to schedule the next job using the scheduling assistant which still has the time based only on the Service. Any ideas????
