Hi,
i want to create a list of people that is central and can be looked up from contacts, opportunities, etc. Similar to Products. Is this possible in Dynamics Online? Example - list of telemarketers where i can change them in one central location. These are not licensed Dynamics users - just really names in a list used for some tracking / reporting purposes.
Currently in the opportunity entity i just created a option list w/ names in it but i also want them to be accessed from some other entities and want to ensure the data is normalized as best it can be.
