Changes in CRM not being picked up by Dynamics Connector

Hello.

We are having a problem with our CRM 2011 integration with NAV 2009 R2 using the Dynamics Connector. All the maps from NAV->CRM run perfectly, without any issues. But when a record is modified in CRM, the Connector does not pick it up. The map runs, it finds no records to integrate, and nothing is logged.

When I examine the trace log, I can see that the Connector searches for changes records, but finds nothing:

The user that runs the integration has System Administrator, System Customizer and Dynamics Integration security roles in CRM, so he shuold have sufficient permissions.

The same problems occur for all entities that are integrated from CRM to NAV, but there are no problems with integrating the same entities from NAV to CRM.

Has anyone encountered this problem?  Any suggestions?
