We're running Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1. Our users in sales use CRM for Outlook and two of them keep receiving a pending email warning message when they log into Dynamics or during the day or when moving to and from certain screens. I've checked System Jobs and haven't found pending email jobs there. I've also created a view looking for for Email Messages with a Status Reason of Pending Send, and I'm not seeing any emails in pending mode. Is there somewhere else I need to look to find pending emails? We did migrate all client email accounts from our local Exchange server to Office 365 a few months back, so I'm not sure if this could be part of the problem.
