Happy new year, everyone!
I have a simple workflow that sends an email notification when an Opportunity is out of compliance. This works fine, but when an email is sent, CRM puts an entry in the Opportunity's Activities feed indicating this email has been sent. The client does not want this, as it dilutes the Activity feed with quite a few entries.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to suppress this. I have looked under Settings | Activity Feeds Configuration and Settings | Activity Feeds Rules and I can see nothing related to workflows. I do see a configuration for email, but it is set as Inactive by default and Wall Enabled: No.
I can see no options in the set up of the workflow to suppress this action. Have you guys run into this?
I am hoping that I am just missing something simple... or it just can't be done. Thank you so much!
