Was just asked to take over the CRM with nothing being done except for a few users. I changed "Test User" to my name. When I save and exit, everything is fine. However, I can NOT change the USER NAME under Acct Info. Other users are set up as CORP\FirstInitialLASTNAME. I am trying to change mine from CORP\TESTUSER1 to something else and it wont take it.
Can someone tell me what I need to do or if I need to give you more info?
I've tried to disable this user and add new, but it won't take it because of USER NAME again. Ugh... I'm sure it's something simple.
