CRM Outlook clients when using one shared mailbox

Hi,

 

We have a few email addresses pointing at our single viewed email address.

We have individual email addresses but they are hidden internally. This effectively gives each computer a name.

Effectively we have one email address which we all (10 computers) look at. Each email is reviewed and manually placed in a sub set of mails ( which happen to be called our names). 

When we reply to an email it goes out from the one single address.

A forward mailbox is used which sorts the mail but we don't have a logic that I can apply to decide which set the mail should go to. Someone has to read it first.

We all want to see all the incoming mail. We don't want to have to open all the sub sets to find new mail. Although we will each work a sub set at some point in the day. The worst possible situation is an email that goes directly to a sub set which has not been reviewed. 

Can we all have individual Outlook clients on all of the machines or will this not be possible due to the shared mailbox?
