Auto Qualify Lead After Phone Call Workflow is complete.

Hello All,

Here is my scenario below.

How do I auto Qualify a Lead after having Phone Call Business Process.

Below Digram. Here is my custom Business Process.

1) Stage is normal
2) A Phone Call Request.
3) It Phone call fields are successfully update according to the condition then Lead will auto Qualify else Disqualify. How to achieve this? 

What are the steps should I have to follow to make this happen?
