I had to reassign many accounts recently but when I did a general bulk re-assignment in CRM 2011 by filtering the accounts that needed to be assigned, highlighting them, and reassigning them, all of activities under those previous reps, got reassigned to the new owner. They are now showing as being created/owned by the current owner as opposed to who actually wrote them. Is there a simple method to correct this or do this differently to where this doesn't happen in the future? Also, we are going to be transitioning to CRM 2015 soon, will this be an issue then?
