The issue which I am facing is that we are using CRM 2015 online instance. Some of the customer use CRM outlook client plugin. While accessing CRM online the user are accessing through Single sign On. In order to use single sign on authentication all the users emailed is been modified from their original ID. Lets say for example User's emailID is abc@test.com using which they are accessing Outlook. But in order to access CRM online their emailID has been modified to abc@corp.test.com. This is done so that SSO authentication work.
All this is fine, but every time the user opens his outlook, he gets the popup saying that "To Track your emails between outlook and CRM, your primary emailID should be same". The synchronisation and everything works fine but how to remove this pop up permanently.
