Hi. I have a customer who has two specific data needs. Can MS Dynamics CRM handle these through workflow? It would be helpful to know if they can be done with out of the box functionality or require custom code.
1. The customer wants to de-duplicate two records based on a unique ID. They would then merge the records and deprecate one.
2. The customer would like to assign (link) contacts/leads to an account based on a unique ID (Account ID or DUNS).
