We have several business units for different countries we activate in. In the business process flow for each country there's a Date and Time field called Meeting Date and Time where CRM user will introduce the date and time for the meeting(e.g user will book meeting for 18/11/14 at 06:00 am, local time for Australia) and all ok in the business process flow and Opportunity form. But then there's an email generated to inform the client about the appointment date and time and I use {Meeting Date and Time(Opportunity)} in Form Assistant to collect data and populate the email. The problem is that the email will always show the converted date and time - system date and time - e.g 17/11/14 at 19:00 instead of 18/11/14 06:00
Can somebody advise how can I collect the bpf/opportunity date and time and to avoid the conversion to system date and time?
