Security roles issue

Hi All,

   I am facing issue with copying of security roles. For our organization we need to create a new security role and give privileges on some custom entities. I tried to copy the existing security role and modified it according to the requirement. When I assign that security role to a user and tried to login it is showing "An error occurred in RetrieveMultiple Plugin". I have tried creating new security role by copying system administrator role. When I assign that security role also the same error is shown after logging to the system. Any inputs on this issue is higly appreciated.
