This is my first post so please go easy on me :-)

We have users in our organization who use Dynamics CRM for customer relation queries, there is some custom development on top of this to tailor CRM to our business requirements.

The system has been in place for approx. 10 months and the environment is setup within our VMware environment with a front end, back end with email router and dedicated SQL database server based on Windows 2008 R2 and SQL 2008 R2 standard. All speced based on the recommendations from the Microsoft CRM planning Guide.

Users are reporting occasional slowdown issues with CRM when performing tasks such as mail merge, accessing records, normally its instant but on some occasions it can take minutes to load certain areas of CRM or on rare times it fails to load at all and you just get the circular loading icon.

While troubleshooting I have noticed some ASP.Net 4.0.303.19.0 Event ID 1309 errors.

I am adding an additional for to the Case entity.  I am not sure how to use the Status Reason (statuscode) field.  I would like to use that field in multiple forms, but each from will have different Status Reason options.  Is it possible to have the Status Reason (statuscode) field available on more that one form, yet have different options listed in the dropdown list based on the form you are populating?

We have issue quote to customers which have the Active status. During the time customers usually reply from initial quote we need to update our new product price list.

If we change the price of our product from our exsting price list, does the price change will affect active quotes or does active quote created with prevous price remains unchanges ?

We would expect the second option.

Since upgrading to CRM 2015 and installing the CRM 2015 for Outlook Add-On, all our users are receiving countless errors every time Outlook starts.

The error states the following: An error occurred promoting this item to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Item Name=

Some of the errors contain Subject Lines of emails, but these errors weren't occurring before upgrading. All the emails referenced were received long before the upgrade to 2015.

I just started having trouble with my Outlook 2013 client.  When trying to view anything in CRM they all come up a blank window.  The same URL opens fine in a browser.  I have tried to reinstall the client and reconnect but the same thing happens.  Also, when I track something the window opens with content but the search will not work.  Sounded like there was a "blank window" issue with the upcoming roll-up, but wasn't sure if it could be anything else.

I've got a varying First Response (based on fault severity) and Fault Clear Response (A flat 24 Working Hours) set up for my cases. Timers everything work fine, I set up a First Response sent field that is updated by workflows when an action is taken (E-mail/Phone call etc.)

My question is how do I report on this? Specifically I want to report on the difference between when a response is actually sent and the target response. 

I apologize if my questions seem very basic - I am new to Dynamics and I am learning a lot every day. 
One thing I really struggle to get to grips with is creating and managing processes.

I am looking to create a simple Lead process that allows YES/NO answers or a tick box.

For example, 

Stakeholders Found - Tick Box or YES/NO

Added To LinkedIn - YES/NO

and so on.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Team entity doesn't comes with a default Hierarchy Rule defined, i added a Hierarchy Rule then same error occured Team entity lists.

Btw i can access user list via Advanced Find. We tried to reinstall many times but always get the same error with same alias.

When creating a quote, I would like to pre fill the Billing and Shipping addres by default with the Potential customer main address.

I have tried the Mapping field but the problem is that the Billing and Shipping address field on the quote are composite field , and could not find how to inject in those composite address the customer accountadress .

I would like to do that to simply save time in edtition if address is the same

IMPORTANT :
I should be able to correct after wards those addresses from the Quote without affecting Customer address.

Using CRM 2015, I currently imported a solution from a dev environment into a maint environment, both environments had a field with the same name, but both fields were created in separate environments. I assumed they would have different ID's so the import wouldn't work, but to my surprise the import was successful and I received no errors. Is this going to cause me problems down the road with mapping and code, or should I not worry about it?

I have Office 64 Bit 2010. I tried to download CRM 4.0, 5.0 and 2013 all failed and asked to download the CRM 64 Bit. But I can't find any specific 64 Bit version of CRM. Can anybody suggest from where can I get ? or its totally incompatible to 64 bit office and I have to downgrade the office to 32 Bit and then install CRM ?

I am using CRM 2015 and I am having a custom view on the opportunities form without plugins. I try to run all of my calculations on the 'Opportunity Products' and then present it on the view. However, this is requires refresh and increases the number of clicks. Is there any other way to do it or to improve it?

I have a group of about 15 users that are using a hosted CRM 2011 in Office 365 Outlook 2013 (32 Bit). The online CRM site work fine but the plugin keeps crashing for various users. I was at first uninstalling the plug in and reinstalling and connecting again to hosted application and it would resolve the issue. But, it keeps happening. I have installed Microsoft Sign On assistant and  enabled Windows Identity Foundation 3.5. All of these users have the exact same hardware (machines less than a year old) and all are running windows 8.1 (64 bit). I am not sure what to try next. Any ideas. I need a permanent solution not just a work around (like the uninstalling/reinstalling of plugin)

if I select incoming, the values in the sender and recipients should be swapped, but its not working.

I would like to add ALL new Contacts to a certain Marketing List (Notification list) via Workflow when the Contact is created.

How do I set up this workflow?

(it doesn´t seem like I can do this with the options that are available in the workflow - see picture below)

I am trying to sort my graphs according to COLOR and OWNER.  The COLOR I have figured out so the order is 1) Blue, 2) Red, 3) Green, 4) Purple, and 5) Yellow.

BUT I can´t seem to group alphabetically by OWNERID.

I have being trying to create a Workflow that would send an email but it's not work. So I decide to see if I can send a email within a Record.

When I send the email I get 2 emails

One is sent the other I get an error code:
