Unified Service Desk - Java Application integration - getting error in JavaDataDrivenAdapter
Hi All,
I am wokring in USD in CRM 2013. I am trying to integrate the sample java app(standaloneswingapp.jar) given in UII SDK.
I am able to show that java app in USD tab(session level). There is text box in that app and so I thought of using adapter to get and set the value for that text box control.
But I am getting error "Unable to find necessary components for java interoperability" when I try to create an object for JavaDataDrivenAdapter.
->JavaAccesBridge and JRE is installed and enable and I use JavaMonkey to test it and they are working fine.
I need some ideas so that I can get the controls of the Java App and pass some values for them using Adapter.

Error report processing rsProcessingAborted
Hi, I'm working with a CRM 2013 on premise, and i can't execute any custom report.
On report form, appear this error: An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
And if I try to execute the report directly on report server, I obtain this error:

Question about Social Insights for CRM

I recently downloaded the add-on social insights for our CRM. We've absolutely loved it so far, but like with everything, a question has arose...
Suppose you have two leads for the same company - a CEO, and VP. When I use Insights, is there away to sync a company's information to multiple leads at a time? I was just wondering since it would make us more efficient.

Different Currencies and List Price in Opportunities
Hello again,
Now I am facing a different problem related to currencies. My opportunities in CRM are in R$(Real) Currency from Brazil, but my product catalog and Price List are em Dollar. So I cant choose my price list in my opportunity therefore i cant choose Opportunity Products.
What can I do ? Exist some way to divide the section of Opportunities ?
Like Resume, Header, Footer, get the currency Real, and my Product line Item and Details of Product Line Item, get US Dollar?

I am facing a difficult task with price List and Product Entities(quotes,Opportunities and etc) at moment. So I have more than 10k records in our catalog of products. We are a kind of retail company so we dont have/use a price list. I would like to have some workaround for do not populate the product line items from a price list, but from our product catalog, yet i would like too to be still able to use price detail, discount and etc...
I know i can create a dummy price list and set a workflow to automatic set the price list field with it, but this is not the whole solution...
What can i Do ?
I did think is the possible alternatives.
Somehow,i can populate automatic a price list with all product catalogs.
Or Create a new 4 types entities for substitute the entities products.
Or change somehow the metadatas and relationship from dont be necessary use a price list for select a existing product.
Or Create a lot of fields using the calculate new type field from crm 2015 for to be able to use the price, freight, discount and somehow, duplicate the functions from a product line item.
in my catalog I already have the price of all products, i just need create some field to recive the quantity and multiply this price for pass to ''price details'' fields.

Document Management: SharePoint site does not validate
This is in an Office 365 environment. Error states: "Url does not exist" although it most certainly does. Another site in the same collection validates without issue.
The site I'm trying to connect to was initially created on previous version of SharePoint and then migrated. Is there something within the SharePoint site that needs to be configured to allow integration? I didn't think anything else was needed.
XML Config file not working when installing CRM 2011 Outlook client silently.
I am able to silently install CRM 2011, but cannot get the installer to use my xml file during setup. Once the plugin is loaded it either takes me to the CRM setup screen or I have to manually go there from the toolbar and do it. This is the command I am using to silently install:
\\server\source\APPS\CRM2013\SetupClient.exe /Q /i \\server\Source\APPS\CRM2013\default_client_config.xml
The config file looks like this:

How to filter Opportunities from an email sent to Accounts
I am trying to filter faux Accounts from a Marketing List. When a Lead is converted to an Opportunity, an Account is automatically created - is there a way to send an email to all Active Accounts removing the faux accounts from the Marketing List? In addition, is there a way to also remove the Originating Lead from a Marketing List without removing the entire Account/Member?

Error while trying to import new version managed solution
I keep getting the following error when I try to import a new version of my managed solution on my test server.
A managed solution cannot overwrite the OptionSet component with Id=df846bb4-42d9-4ae4-bf38-cb3ee15d5269 which has an unmanaged base instance. The most likely scenario for this error is that an unmanaged solution has installed a new unmanaged OptionSet component on the target system, and now a managed solution from the same publisher is trying to install that same OptionSet component as managed. This will cause an invalid layering of solutions on the target system and is not allowed.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this error?
CRM Online and Gmail Integration help
I have gone through all the postings and documentation on integrating CRM Online with Gmail that I can find and still am having problems. Here is the basic configuration information followed by the error messages I am getting.
Profile
Name: Gmail
Server Type: Other (POP3/SMPT)
Incoming Server Location: pop.gmail.com
Outgoing Server Locatoin: smtp.gmail.com
Authenticate Using: Credentials Specified by a User or Queue
Use same settings for Outgoing: No (currently, but have used Yes and "Credentials Specified by a User or Queue" also)
Incoming Port: 995
Incoming Authentication Protocol: Basic (dropdown disabled. no other choices)
Outgoing Port: 465 (have tried 587 also)

There is no "Use SSL" option on the form, so I assume it is the default and already set for me. If this is a bad assumption, please let me know where I can set SSL for the profile.

When I test, I get two errors (and an informational message - not included here)
1) Email cannot be received for the mailbox Clint Woods. Make sure that the credentials specified in the mailbox are correct and have sufficient permissions for receiving email. Then, enable the mailbox for email processing

When using 465 for outgoing port:
A time-out error occurred while sending the email message "Test Message". The mailbox Clint Woods has been disabled for sending email and the owner of the associated email server profile GMail has been notified.

How to get emails from contacts, leads, and such to show up in CRM under activities
Hi Everyone,
So I'm trying to get emails from contacts and leads to show up in CRM under activities. I was under the impression this could be achieved by going to options (clicking on the gear in CRM's top right corner), going to the email tab, and under the track drop down, selecting the correct option. Even after I've completed these steps, I'm still coming up null. I can see the original test email I send from CRM, but I can never see the reply.
Any Suggestions?

I created a custom entity and included a javascript web resource. After saving and publishing, I opened the entity form and I got this error prompt:
“There was an error with this field’s customized event.
Field:window
Event:onload
Error:Object doesn’t support property or method ‘Form_onload’
I checked the modules of the CRM website from the IIS manager to confirm if the Microsoft URL Rewrite module was present.
The web resource does not seem to take effect yet because of this error.
Please help.

We have a scenario where we need to create notes in CRM by fetching from external application. We are able to create notes individually by using plugin but we need our operation to be continuous process.
for ex: whenever a notes created in external application it should automatically synchronize with CRM at certain time between 5 -15 secs.
How do we accomplish this continous synchronization?
