so i need to go from status reason in progerss(actif ) to status reason validate-customized-(won).withoud creating order.
but i think its not possible to change the status reason directly?

I'm getting the following error when attempting to import a managed solution from our Dev to Live environment;
"The selected file is corrupted or it does not use the correct schema. Either select another file or modify the file to use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM migration template schema"
Details from the log file -

Description: The Form XML does not conform to the required schema. A schema validation error has been detected at line 0, position 0. Details: The element 'formLibraries' has invalid child element 'Library'.
I have been looking for this error in the Dynamic forum but I can´t found a solution yet because there isn't similar issues.

We have a Business requirement, I know in CRM we can Place a Lookup for the same entity in one of its form, But the Requirement is to Get the Value of the Record itself in the lookup. I can give a Example
Let say we have a Account Record with Name "Company Alpha" I will place a New Lookup which will be of Account Entity in the Form, Requirement is when I open the Form in CRM record of "Company Alpha" In the account record for this Lookup I need to select the "Company Alpha" ?
One of our users is trying to change the name of a report that he created but he doesn't have permission. What permissions need to be granted to edit reports that you have created yourself? He has user permissions on all "reports" already so he should be able to edit reports he has created.

For the Appointment entity, I have a Workflow that runs REAL TIME/SYNC.
What I want the workflow to do is to send a notification Email to the NEW OWNER of the record and setting the FROM field to the User who updated the Appointment(Modified By)

I am using CRM online version 9. I have the following requirement:
There is an account known as "ABC" in CRM and the owner is Person 1.
Person 2 creates a Contact with Parent Account = ABC.
So, the Account owner is different and the Contact associated with that Account is different.
Is it possible using Workflow or Javascript that the Account owner is same as Contact owner?
Whenever a Contact is created by a Person other than Person 1 under ABC Account, it automatically changes its Owner to Person 1.

I am trying to install Dynamics 4.0 on to Windows server 2008 R2, but the setup stops prompting a dialog box saying that the prerequisites files are missing. The log file records the URL its trying to fetch the libraries from, but its not able to. Here is the log details.

I want to create a report that produce results based on the records that end-user have selected.
This report is on my custom entity that has relation with sales order, sales order as primary entity and my custom entity as related entity.
Previously I have created records based on the parameters, but the end-user entered the parameters in the report.
Anyways, For this , want to pass selected sales order Id as parameter to the report, Should I use Filtered view of every entity?

I have created This as my Main Query, and that one as my parameter query.
Did I do right?
Now when enter the main query in the main data set and click Referesh Fields It gives me :
An item with the same key has already been added.
I removed my created Parameter (@CRM_SalesOrderId) to allow the query to created the parameter, But no success.
How can I solve this?And after created that I must select
Forms for related record types;Lists for related record types;Reports area
in display field of the report, right?

i noticed one issue in our all workflows which having below highlighted wait condition .
Issue 1 : Wait condition take 10 -20 mins after condition met then execute workflow .This started after installing SP1.1 (crm2016 8.1.1)

I am able to see the piped data in the survey. But, the contact lookup and opportunity lookup is not getting populated in the survey response form :
Am I missing anything?
