Hi,
I am using 1 year trial account of MS Dynamics CRM Online. I got following error suddently.
Before 2 days, I was able to import same package in my account. Yesterday, I have created a new user. Now I am not able to import same package which I was able to import befoe 2 days even in admin user. However, if I try to import package with any monthly trial CRM account, it imports successfully.
I don't what settings changed when I have created new user. I don't think creating new user creates issue. I am not able to import package in any of user.
Error: The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permission to view it
Can anybody please suggest me?
