Change Default Queue Lookup View from "Business Queue"

As the title suggests, since the upgrade to the new Dynamics 2013 (6.1) we are seeing that "Business Queues" is now the default Lookup View when trying to route records.  This only includes newly created queues and not Active queues that was shown before.  Is there anyway to modify the Business Queues to show all active queues or create another Lookup View that is defaulted so we can show all active queues?  It is a pain having to go through the search filter every time instead having it shown in the Inline search bar.
