CRM Option Set Values

Hi,

I have created an option set with values in CRM.  For example, Nurse - 1, Doctor - 2, Patient 3.  I want to run a report, but I don't want to use the name as the filter criteria.  I would like to use the underlying Value that I had set in CRM.  Is there a way to do this?
