Silent installation of MSCRM 2013 Client

Dear all,

We are performing a silent installation of MSCRM 2013 Client but it constantly fails with the following error:

IsSQLCEInstalled=0
Then he tries to download the SQL Server compact 4.0 but fails as there is no Internet connection

The SQL Compact 4.0 is installed, also 3,5 SP2 in x86 & x64 versions are also installed.

If we try the installation for MSCRM Client 2011 it works but 2013 fails constantly.

We tried reinstalling the SQLCE but it did not help. UAC is disabled. Tried with Domain user and local admin as well.

CHecked the registry key CURRENT USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRM Client\BITS\SQLCERuntime but it is empy.

If i set it to the path where the installation file is it still fails.
