Is there a straightforward way to trace problems with the outlook client? I've installed RU15 client with my RU13 server on Outlook 2010 and it keeps bombing out with the incredibly unuseful 'Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 14.0.7109.5000, time stamp: 0x522a3402
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.2.9200.16578, time stamp: 0x515fac6e'
. I'm sys admin so it's highly unlikely permissions are an issue. The only way to fix it is to delete the outlook data file for CRM, which is asking a bit much of most users! Suggestions?
