My organization is looking into expanding our marketing lists so I'm experimenting with the dynamic options. From what I can see though the dynamic lists can only be filtered by fields in the target entity.
We have a field on our Accounts page where we differentiate what type of business that account is (e.g. Bank vs. CPA) We'd like to put all contacts for Bank Accounts in one list while contacts for CPA accounts do in a different list.
It seems that if I create a dynamic list for Accounts I can filter on my customer "account type" field but it only adds the primary contact not all the contacts from that account. If I use a dynamic list for "Contacts" there doesn't seem to be a way to filter those contacts using a field from their Account mapping.
Is there a way to do this or will I have to add a field on the Contact page to indicate what type of business the contact is?
