Campaigns: Tracking Phone Call Activities

Hi all,

What is the difference between 'Mark as complete' and 'Close phone call', and when would you use each?

In the light that for a given Campaign (or Quick Campaign), I want to see how many phone calls were MADE, and how many people said YES, how many people said NO. How is this done?

Bonus question - how come when I create a Campaign, everyone is automatically counted towards "No. of successes"?
