We currently have CRM 2013 On Premise running. However, if the power ever goes down, we would love to have a back up of our system running on the Cloud so our users can still access CRM and all the information. Is it possible to do a data sync between these two instances where it would update every so often, and if anyone ever needs to access via the cloud, all the information in CRM on prem would be on our CRM online instance? Are you allowed to have both installed and run them simultaneously?
