So one of my Orgs holds approximately 8 entities (records as campaigns) for one company we work with. Our contact records have specific PID's (partner IDs) assigned to them and can occur in multiple campaigns (same company/PID). I want to be able to go to their overall account level contact card, via PID, and see which entities they have been completed in to show which partners are the most engaged. This would essentially give me a relatively useful ROI stat to bring back to our partner.
Im thinking I need to go through and "mark as complete" all the completed campaigns and somehow pull this data to a list that searches for related records? Not sure how to get it to pull from the separate entities into one list type box.
Any ideas?
