Hi
My online instance has been upgraded to Spring 2014 release but I cannot install the product updates from the administration area.
When I run the process I get a check mark against the 'Preparing for Installation' stage and then get the error message "Oops! Something went wrong".
I have had a ticket open with Microsoft support for a week but they have been unable to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas how I may be able to solve this?
