Hi,
I have installed a test machine with Dynamics CRM 2013 on-premise and set up server-sync to a local Exchange 2013 server for a support e-mail queue. Compared to the e-mail router I find this new approach superior and much-much easier. Not sure how it will work with high volumes or high number of mailboxes.
My problem is that e-mails received with images (for example screenshots to support mailbox showing errors etc.) are not part of the email. It just looks like the screenshot attached. As far as I know Outlook handles images as new header and body below email body (aka hidden attachments) and references the attachments in the HTML e-mail source code, but these images are not coming in to CRM as attachments or inline images. I don't want to set up the e-mail router to check if it behaves differently, so question to you:
Is this scenario supposed to work with email router and server-sync? If yes, is it a bug? If no, why no images in queues, does that not make the servicing module impaired?

Thanks.
