Since Applying Rollup 15 to my Outlook Clients I'm having trouble with my CRM Address Books on SOME of my clients.
In the CRM Personal Options, Address Book Tab, I have contacts set to "Match all contacts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM" and Other Record Types set to "Match all items in Microsoft Dynamics CRM".
When I open my Address book "COMPANY - Contacts" I should get every contact in the database in alphabetical order. On the "broken" clients I now get some of the records returned in a non-alphabetical order and type ahead functionality does not work at all.
Is anyone else see this issue or have an idea how to fix this?
